63rd Annual Corporate Counsel Institute

Mayer Brown is proud to be a lead affiliate of Northwestern Law’s 63nd Annual Corporate Counsel Institute taking place June 6-7, 2024. This two-day, in-person event has been presented for over 60 years by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

The Corporate Counsel Institute focuses on the specific continuing education needs of the corporate counsel community. The Institute, which is the only program in the country designed by a committee made up exclusively of general counsel, will address the latest legal issues affecting business while allowing attendees to discuss shared experiences, identify concerns, and network with peers. This programming is relevant for both in-house and firm professionals.

On June 7, 2024, bank regulatory partner Matt Bisanz will participate on the “Private Company – Corporate Transparency Act” panel discussing disclosure challenges posed by the Corporate Transparency Act and how private companies can effectively navigate its requirements.
