Our operations in Vietnam have grown significantly in terms of staff strength and business scope. We operate our Vietnamese practice from our offices in Hanoi, the centre of Government and in Ho Chi Minh City, the commercial capital, with a team of 35 lawyers, including two firm partners.

We are one of the few international law firms able to provide both Vietnamese and international legal services including issuing formal Vietnamese legal opinions. We have a proven record in advising on M&As, capital markets and all forms of inward investment and related issues, including complex joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, business cooperation contracts and BOT projects.
