Experience
Hannah is an associate in both the finance and restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency groups of the London office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2004 and in 2006 was seconded to Lehman Brothers for six months.
Hannah's experience includes advising banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions on various structured finance tansactions. In particular, she has recently focused on securitisation bridge and private equity take-out deals, multi-country trade receivable securitisations, whole business transactions and intellectual property financings. She also has experience in debt restructuring. Education
