Experience
Charles Kelley focuses on civil litigation. He represents major corporations, national construction engineering firms, real estate investment companies, banks, accounting firms, and other business entities in federal and state court litigation involving federal and state statutes, common law claims, professional malpractice claims, and other commercial litigation.
Charles’s experience has included a jury trial in federal court, and state court bench trials. Prior to law school, he was employed by Amoco Oil Company as a mechanical engineer and held positions as a project engineer, inspection engineer, and unit maintenance engineer in Amoco's largest and most complex refinery.
