• Defending an international investment bank in a breach of contract and negligence claim arising from the flotation of an investment trust.
• Advising hedge funds on litigation and regulatory issues.
• Advising financial institutions on compliance issues related to anti-money laundering legislation and international sanctions regimes.
• Advising on regulatory investigations, including market abuse and insider dealing.
• Advising on anti-corruption compliance issues. 
• Advising on fraud and asset tracing claims.
• Successfully defending a High Court claim relating to a tax liability arising from the sale of a business.
