Alex is a Senior Associate in the firm's Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Group.  She advises on restructuring and insolvency matters, including formal insolvency regimes, cross-border issues, enforcement of security, proprietary claims, set-off, challenging antecedent transactions and issues arising from proofs of debt.  Alex joined Mayer Brown in 1998.
