Overview
Luke Levasseur has litigated complex federal disputes for more than 25 years and currently focuses on government contracts matters. His practice includes representation of contractors with respect to: disputes with federal and state agencies; bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, the US Court of Federal Claims, and state administrative bodies and courts; defense of clients regarding federal and state False Claims Act allegations; internal investigations; and ADR and mediation proceedings. Luke also counsels government contractors with respect to a wide variety of compliance issues, including government ethics issues. In addition to government contracts, Luke has experience handling other federal court litigation for clients, involving such matters as antitrust claims, trademark disputes, commercial litigation, and alleged fraud.
