COVID-19 – Quarantine Arrangement in Hong Kong
In light of the global COVID-19 situation, the Hong Kong Government has strengthened the health quarantine arrangements on travelers returning to Hong Kong. A summary of travelers to Hong Kong, regardless of whether they are Hong Kong residents, who are required to undergo a 14-day compulsory quarantine upon entering Hong Kong is as follows:

Individuals who are subject to compulsory home quarantine are required to stay at home at all times during the 14-day period. The Government will ensure that these individuals stay at homes by spot checks and telephone calls.
Currently, there is no restrictions on individuals who live in the same household with those who are subject to compulsory quarantine and they are allowed to leave the household freely. They are however recommended to measure their body temperature daily and report any symptoms of COVID-19 to the hotline provided by the Health Department.
