8th ICC Africa Conference in International Arbitration

The 8th ICC Africa Conference on International Arbitration was held in Nairobi Kenya on 30 and 31 May 2024, bringing together top international practitioners and academics to discuss the most pressing issues affecting the African dispute resolution landscape.

Kwadwo Sarkodie spoke at the ICC YAAF session on the second day of the conference, moderating the panel ‘Balancing Act: Transparency and Confidentiality in International Arbitration’. The session was directed at equipping young arbitrators with the tools to engage in and manage international arbitration with efficiency and integrity.
