Mayer Brown represents Climate Change Crisis Real Impact SPAC in business combination with Electric Vehicle Charging Company EVgo
Mayer Brown represented Climate Change Crisis Impact I Acquisition, a blank check company, in its business combination with EVgo, the nation’s largest electric vehicle (EV) public fast charging network in the US.
Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company will be named EVgo Inc. and will be publicly listed under the symbol “EVGO.” The transaction will further elevate EVgo’s position as an industry-leading builder, owner and operator of public EV fast charging in the US by funding and accelerating the company’s growth strategy.
