Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, acted as deal counsel to BPG Cajamar, in structuing the first issuance of registered commercial notes. BPG Cajamar, a subsidiary of US company Brookfield Properties, is a holding company focused on real estate investment and development. The offering of 45,000 registered commercial notes, with Bradesco BBI as lead coordinator, was conducted in a single series via public distribution, for US$ 8.7 million (R$ 45 million).
