The Deal honors Mayer Brown partner Nina Flax as 2023 "Top Woman in Dealmaking"

Nina Flax was named to financial news magazine The Deal’s list of “Top Women in Dealmaking” for 2023. The Deal’s list recognizes “exemplary women in the legal profession…who have displayed excellence in their respective legal fields” and are “setting the bar for the next generation of attorneys.”

Nina is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Northern California Corporate & Securities practice and a co-leader of the firm’s Technology & IP Transactions practice. The strength of Nina’s practice is in its high-profile variety – a mix of cutting-edge public, private, buy-side, sell-side and multi-industry clients. She regularly counsels complete mergers, equity and asset acquisitions, as well as clients on complex commercial transactions, including intellectual property licenses co-development agreements, application integration agreements and technology alliance agreements. Of Nicaraguan descent, Nina is an active member of Mayer Brown’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion.
