Mayer Brown associate Frances Guerrero receives inaugural LCLD Pathfinder Atlas Award

Mayer Brown associate Frances Guerrero was named a winner of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) inaugural Pathfinder Atlas Award.

Frances was recognized for her high level of dedication and engagement in the 2023 LCLD Pathfinders program. The seven-month professional program gives early-career professionals the opportunity to learn about leadership and career development and how to build professional networks.

Resident in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office, Frances is a member of the Banking & Finance practice. She represents private equity funds, financial institutions and commercial borrowers in financial transactions of all types, including subscription-backed credit facilities, acquisition financings and syndicated financings.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 400 general counsel of major corporations and managing partners of the nation’s leading law firms who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
