Mayer Brown advises Doma Holdings on “going private” transaction with Title Resources Group
Mayer Brown is acting as insurance regulatory counsel for Doma Holdings, Inc., a leading force for innovation in the real estate industry, on its definitive agreement and plan of merger with Title Resources Group, one of the nation’s leading title insurance underwriters. The deal, in which Doma stockholders will receive $6.29 per share in cash, is subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals.
