Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Scatec on the negotiation of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Statkraft Energia do Brasil

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Scatec, a renewable energy solutions provider, in the negotiation of a 10-year power purchase agreement executed with Statkraft Energia do Brasil, for a 142 MW solar power plant in Brazil.
