Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Usinas Itamarati and Bradesco BBI on R$ 100 million public offering of debentures

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Usinas Itamarati S.A. (UISA), as issuer, and Bradesco BBI, as lead placement agent, on UISA's R$100 million public offering of debentures.
