Mayer Brown Advises Euro Real Estate on Acquisition of Prominent Mayfair Office Building

London – Mayer Brown has advised longstanding client Euro Real Estate in connection with the corporate acquisition of 24 Savile Row, a notable office building in Mayfair, London.

Euro Real Estate acquired the property for £90m (€107m). The prime multi-let property comprises 29,766 square feet of office and gallery accommodation.
