Tauil and Chequer Advogados advises Orizon Jaboatao e Itau BBA on the issuance of BRL 180 million in commercial notes

Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel to Orizon Jaboatão (a company controlled by Orizon Valorização de Resíduos), as the issuer, and Itaú BBA, as the lead placement agent, in the issuance of commercial notes (notas comerciais) by OVR Jaboatão in the amount of BRL 180 million. The notes was placed by means of a public offering, pursuant to CVM Rule 160.
The team was led by partner Rodolfo Tella and had the contribution from associate Stephanie Carmo, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
