Mayer Brown Advised Hines on the Financing of the Acquisition of French Logistics Portfolio Onyx

Mayer Brown advised Hines, on behalf of the HEPP fund (Hines European Properties Partners), on the financing of its acquisition of the Onyx portfolio from SEGRO, comprising five logistics platforms totalling 130,000 sqm, all located on the French freight backbone (four in the Île-de-France region at the Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône logistics hub and the fifth in Oignies, south-west of Lille in the Hauts-de-France region).
