Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised the underwriters on Bacio di Latte’s BRL 177 million commercial notes offering

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised BTG Pactual, Itaú BBA, UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Bradesco BBI, and Citibank, acting as underwriters in the public offering of commercial notes issued by the gelato chain Bacio di Latte, totaling BRL 177 million.
The funds raised through the debt issuance were used to restructure the company's financial obligations. This fundraising is part of the brand's expansion strategy, which includes increasing its presence in the United States.
The team was led by counsel Anna Gouvea, with participation from partner Eduardo Lima and associate Camila Spinola, all from de Banking and Finance practice.
