Mayer Brown advises the management of Didactic on the restructuring of the group's capital

Paris - The Managers team advised the management team of Didactic on the restructuring of the Group's capital following the acquisition of a stake in the group by private equity firms UI Investissement and GENEO Capital Entrepreneur.

Alongside Bpifrance, MACSF and the management team, UI Investissement and GENEO Capital Entrepreneur aim to strengthen Didactic's leadership position in the infectious risk management and perfusion markets, particularly internationally. They are taking over from FCDE, which had been a shareholder for 3 years.

With the support of its new shareholders, Didactic is now ideally positioned to deliver an ambitious external growth strategy and become the European leader in infectious risk prevention.
