Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Benjamin practiced at a major international law firm in New York and served as a law clerk to Judge Dennis Jacobs of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Loretta A. Preska of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
