Jessie A. Dougher

Jessie Dougher is a partner in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. She has experience structuring complex financing transactions representing both borrowers and lenders in the fintech space. Jessie also represents issuers, sponsors, borrowers, underwriters, initial purchasers and lenders in connection with the issuance of asset-backed bonds backed by a wide variety of assets, including consumer fintech assets, student loans, auto loans and auto leases in both the public and private markets.
