Adam Farrell

Adam Farrell advises arrangers, managers, sponsors, issuers and investors on all types of public and private securitisations, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) where Adam counsels the leading arrangers and managers in the European market. Adam also regularly advises clients on infrastructure and commodities backed securitisations as well as broader asset classes.

Adam additionally helps clients with fund leverage facilities, EU and UK risk retention matters, and ESG and sustainability matters, including all aspects of the European Green Deal.
