Jillian C. Joseph

Jillian Joseph has experience litigating cases in federal and state trial courts, as well as conducting internal investigations and representing parties before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ). 

Jillian’s civil litigation practice includes on complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and class action defense, including class action suits alleging false and misleading advertising and violations of consumer protection and unfair competition laws.

While in law school, Jillian externed for Judge Akua Kuenyehia at the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands and Justice John L. Segal at the California Court of Appeal.  She also clerked for The Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
