Natalie is also recognized as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and advises US and multinational companies on complex global privacy and data security issues, including in the context of pre-merger due diligence and post-merger integration of programs and policies. Natalie’s practice includes counseling on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), among other privacy and security frameworks. She helps clients draft and negotiate data processing agreements and other commercial agreements. She also counsels clients on the compliance of domestic and international AI laws and frameworks, along with the review and implementation of privacy and AI policies, vendor contracts, AI governance, privacy by design, and human resources data.
Prior to joining the firm, Natalie received her law degree, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she served on the board of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and Fashion Law Society. She was a member of the Fordham Fashion Law program and Fashion Law Institute.
