  • EPC contractor in ICC arbitration involving performance of water treatment equipment on new build FPSO deployed offshore Brazil.
  • International steel maker in litigation involving alleged misappropriation of iron ore tailings mined in Brazil.
  • LUKOIL Pan Americas, LLC in the bribery, corruption and antitrust action filed by the PDVSA US Litigation Trust in the Southern District of Florida, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
  • Asian state-owned oil and gas company in a $1.8 billion UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitration arising from termination of a coal bed methane productions sharing contract.
