Adam Lerner is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Adam’s practice focuses primarily on mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, carveout transactions, joint ventures, governance and other general corporate matters for domestic and international companies. His practice spans a variety of industries.

While in law school, Adam served as Article Editor for the NYU Journal of Law & Business.
