• Acted for a university in relation to the collapse of a roof structure on one of its campus buildings. 
• Acted for a multinational chemical company in an ICC arbitration against its contractor arising out of the design and construction of a process plant facility in Finland.
• Acted for a Central American government agency in relation to a number of ICC arbitrations arising out of the design and construction of a major maritime project
