Senior associate Roxanne Paes advises funds, private equity houses, and banks on all aspects of the real estate finance sector and has a breadth of experience ranging from commercial real estate-backed debt finance transactions (encompassing all types of RE assets) to structured finance transactions involving CMBS and RMBS. She has acted for both lenders and sponsors on senior and mezzanine originations, refinancings, restructurings, securitisations, and JV arrangements often comprising cross-border elements and complex financing structures.
