We have been engaged by Indian gaming associations to draft ballot measures extending gaming compacts and by tribes to draft a statewide ballot initiative to clarify the status of their gaming activities and to advise on potential ballot measures. We have also counseled tribes on other gaming-related matters, including proposed federal legislation and actions of the National Indian Gaming Commission, local developments, election law and federal lobbying laws.
