The lawyers in our Korea team have the practical experience, technical skills, and commercial know-how needed to help our clients realize their objectives in Korea. Located throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe, we have a devoted team of lawyers with a special interest in Korea, fluency in Korean, on-the-ground experience in the relevant jurisdictions, and firsthand experience working with companies based and/or operating in Korea. This team has developed deep and long-standing relationships with many of the largest businesses, organizations, and government agencies in Korea across a wide variety of industries, as well as well-formed relationships with the leading Korean law firms with whom they regularly collaborate to ensure strong client service.

We represent Korean companies and financial institutions, as well as Korean affiliates of US and other non-Korean companies. Among our Korea-based clients are financial institutions and multinational conglomerates involved in trading, energy, mining, information technology, transportation and other infrastructure, life sciences, and real estate.

Our premier global finance practice covers all aspects of lending, including asset-backed lending, acquisition finance, securitization, and project finance – and we have represented Korean institutions in global project finance, receivables lending, and other financial matters, as well as US regulatory matters.
