Mining Insights Episode 4: Compliance and Mining - Creating Value

In this session, we consider how mining companies can create value through their approach towards compliance risk, particularly in the context of their supply chains. In particular, we discuss how companies can adopt a holistic approach to mitigate new and emerging risks arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the areas of anti-bribery and corruption (ABC), sustainability, the environment and human rights. 
 
We also reflect on how an effective compliance programme can help mining companies to “build back better” in the post-COVID-19 and to respond to increasingly high investor, shareholder and customer expectation.
