Paul Crimmins and Stefania Alessi delivered a webinar in collaborations with the City of Chicago Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) and the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights on “Choosing the Right Legal Entity: A Small Business Entity Workshop” on January 8, 2021. The webinar attracted nearly 100 participants.
Stefania introduced various forms of corporate legal entities that are available to small business owners. She went on to explain the main differences among the forms of entities and the key factors that business owners should consider when starting a business to choose the corporate legal entity that best suits their needs.
