Transactional Liability Insurance Roundtable 2022
Mayer Brown hosted the latest installment of our Transactional Liability Insurance Roundtable on March 31, 2022 in our London office. Our roundtable is designed for industry professionals and is focused on a myriad of issues including the evolution of recent deal trends, challenges and opportunities faced by underwriters in the UK market for transactional liability insurance.
The program included M&A and tax practitioners who regularly represent both underwriters and insureds in underwriting and procuring these insurance products.
