10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. GMT

Please join us for our annual employment law update session, to be held by webinar.  A week before the UK General Election, we will inevitably be taking a keen look at the parties’ proposals for UK employment and immigration law, but as always will also review the other key developments from the past 12 months and what else we can expect in the year ahead.

We will be reviewing our programme up to the date of the webinar but a selection of topics likely to feature include:

  • The new duty to prevent sexual harassment – what is it and what steps does an employer need to take?
  • Redundancy update – extended protection for pregnant women and recent case law
  • Flexible working requests – the new rules and recent cases on how to handle requests
  • What a Labour Government would mean for employment law and what employers can do to prepare
  • Regulatory update – the new FCA rules on non-financial misconduct and diversity data reporting
  • Global mobility – update on the recent changes to the UK Immigration Rules and how they affect employers
  • What changes a new Government may make to the UK Immigration System

A Q&A session at the end will allow you to address any questions you have to the speakers, either about issues facing your business or about material discussed during the webinar.
