Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on Opea's 55th CRI issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised on the public offering with restricted efforts of real estate receivables certificates (CRI), in a single series, in 55th issuance of Opea Securitizadora S.A. (Opea), backed by real estate credits owed by Tabas Tecnologia Imobiliária Ltda. in favor of Opea, pursuant to ICVM 476. The total amount of the issuance was R$ 12 million (US$ 2.3 million), with the coordination of Opea. The deal was led partner Bruno Cerqueira, and included associates Flavia Biagiotti and João Bertanha, from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
