Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Espaçolaser on its R$ 225 million private capital increase

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Espaçolaser, a laser hair removal company, on its capital increase via private subscription, totaling R$ 225 million (US$ 43.8 million). The purpose of the capital increase is the improvement of cash position and the reduction of consolidated financial leverage, additionally, in this structure, only shareholders of the company can buy the new shares which are issued.

The team was led by partner Daniella Raigorodsky Monteiro (M&A, Publicly Traded Companies and Corporate Governance) and partner Rodolfo Tella (Capital Markets & Securitization), and counted with the participation of associates Ana Paula Carneiro (M&A, Publicly Traded Companies and Corporate Governance) and Natália Minotto (Capital Markets & Securitization).
