Mayer Brown adds Vincenzo Feldmann as partner in its Employment & Benefits practice in Paris
Paris — Mayer Brown announced today that Vincenzo Feldmann re-joined the firm as a partner in the Employment & Benefits practice in Paris. He joins from Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he was a counsel for three years.
“With Vincenzo’s arrival, Mayer Brown strengthens its wide-ranging and market-leading offering to founders, executives and employees, in particular in the context of private equity transactions,” said Paris managing partner Jean-Philippe Lambert.
Vincenzo has significant experience in the negotiation and structuring of management packages in the context of large and mid-cap LBO transactions. He focuses on advising executives and management teams in implementing management packages. Vincenzo has advised on classic M&A transactions, implementation of incentive plans for public companies, negotiation of equity packages for CEOs who are in the process of being recruited and structuring incentive plans for corporates and large industrial groups. He also advises individuals and French or international companies on governance related issues.
“I am delighted and honored to come back to the firm as a partner. The prominence of the Tax, Corporate and Financing practices makes Mayer Brown the ideal platform to reinforce our market leading practice and provide clients the excellence they look for, in particular, in the context of the market uncertainties ahead of us,” said Vincenzo.
“We are delighted to welcome Vincenzo back to Mayer Brown. He will be joining us to develop, lead and expand the Employment & Benefits practice in Paris. His hire will also help us strengthen our team globally,” said Dr. Guido Zeppenfeld, managing partner in Germany and firm-wide leader of the Employment & Benefits practice.
