Tauil & Chequer Advogados acts as deal counsel in public offering of Arklok’s commercial notes for more than US$ 38 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, acted as deal counsel to Arklok and the coordinating banks, Santander and BTG Pactual, in Arklok's US$ 38.6 million (R$ 200 million) public offering of commercial notes. The transaction takes place almost three months after Arklok's acquisition by investment platform Vinci Partners.

The team was led by partners Carlos Motta and Rodolfo Tella, and included associates Isabela Ribeiro, Natália Minotto, Stephanie do Carmo and Isabella Toledo, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
