Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Lavvi of the Cyrela Group on the issuance of CRIs worth approximately R$ 220 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Lavvi, a Cyrela Group company focused on high-end real estate projects, on the public distribution of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRIs) issued by Opea Securitizadora in the total amount of approximately R$ 220 million, under automatic registration with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission.
The CRIs are backed by real estate credits from Lavvi's first private issuance of book-entry commercial notes. The public distribution of the CRIs was coordinated by Alfa Corretora and Banco Safra.
The team was led by partners Bruno Cerqueira and Rodolfo Constantino de Tella with the participation of associate Camila Torelli, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
