Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Capitânia Investimentos on the 6th issuance of quotas of the infrastructure investment fund

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Capitânia Investimentos, an investment manager, on the public offering for primary distribution of quotas of the sixth issuance of the infrastructure investment fund Capitânia Infra FIC FI-Infra RF CP, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160. The offer was settled in the amount of approximately R$ 631.2 million.

The fund's portfolio includes debentures issued by companies in various infrastructure sectors, such as telecommunications, energy and transportation.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira, with the participation of associate João Bertanha, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
