Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises CCP/CPP Parallel Holding Cajamar I LLC and CCP 18 de Holding IV LLC on the exchange, purchase and sale of assets with SYN Prop e Tech
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised CCP/CPP Parallel Holding Cajamar I LLC and CCP 18 de Holding IV LLC on the exchange of transaction with SYN Prop e Tech.
Through this transaction, SYN increased its stake in Tietê Plaza Shopping, located in the city of São Paulo. to 52,5%. In addition, SYN also increased its stake in Shopping Cerrado, located in the city of Goiânia, to 85%.
In return, SYN transferred to CPP Cajamar I LLC part of its stake in Towers D and E of the Condomínio WTorre JK, located in the city of São Paulo, reducing its participation to 10%.
The multidisciplinary team was led by partner Ludmila Braga (Real Estate Transactions and Investments). Also participating were partners Celso Grisi (Tax) and Adriana Giannini (Antitrust and Competition), and associates Luiz Antônio Menezes (Real Estate Transactions and Investments) and Felipe Pereira (Antitrust and Competition).
