John Nadolenco, managing partner of Mayer Brown’s Los Angeles office, was named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s (LABJ) “Leaders of Influence: Litigation & Trial Attorneys” list for the second consecutive year. The list honors Los Angeles-based litigators and trial lawyers “who go to the proverbial mat to fight for their clients before judges and jury have their own unique sets of skills.”

In his profile, LABJ notes John's high-profile matters, including representing the entire auto industry in challenging the constitutionality of a Massachusetts ballot initiative that requires car companies to share data generated by their vehicles. The publication also recognizes John as “one of General Motors' go-to class action litigators.”

John’s litigation and trial practice focuses on defending companies against allegations of improper consumer charges and practices, false and misleading advertising, defective products, unauthorized call recording under California’s Invasion of Privacy Act, violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, internet privacy violations, improper tracking via computer-based cookies and improper use of smartphone and tablet applications. He is also a global co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Technology Industry Group.
