Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Bradesco BBI on a R$ 160.65 million public offer

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Bradesco BBI, which acted as the lead coordinator, in the context of five public offerings of commercial notes issued by subsidiaries of Brookfield Properties, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, totaling R$ 160.65 million.

These Brookfield subsidiaries are focused on enabling the activation of underutilized properties in downtown São Paulo. The net proceeds raised were used for the indirect acquisition of certain properties in Vila Buarque and Bela Vista.

The team was led by partner Luis Montes and counsel Anna Gouvea with the participation of associate Camila Spinola, all from the Banking and Finance Practice.
