"The Hong Kong Courts’ view on post termination restrictive covenants (“PTRs”) applying to employees is well established. PTRs are unenforceable unless the employer can show they are aimed at protecting the employer’s legitimate interests and go no further than reasonably necessary to protect those interests," says Hong.
