New York – Mayer Brown announced today the renewal and significant expansion of its office lease at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, located in the heart of Manhattan. The firm’s substantial increase in office space expands the total to 330,662 square feet, marking a growth of roughly 75,000 square feet from its previous occupancy.

The office space, where the firm has been a tenant since 2015, is located in the iconic Rockefeller Group Center. The new lease agreement solidifies Mayer Brown’s longstanding presence in the city, reflective of the firm’s commitment to the New York market and the firm’s evolving needs as a leading corporate and financial law firm.
