Arsen is highly regarded as a leading lawyer in data privacy, adtech, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance in Los Angeles. He helps multinational corporations navigate compliance with both domestic and international laws and frameworks. Arsen excels in providing practical guidance to harmonize these regulations into cohesive policies, procedures, and practices. He also represents companies during regulatory investigations. As a thought leader in his field, he has published numerous articles addressing complex issues in data privacy, adtech, and AI, including an e-book, Implementing A Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Program, which was published on Bloomberg Law.

Sophie is at the forefront of wiretapping litigation and internet data privacy cases, representing major tech and social media companies. Her recent work includes defending a prominent technology company in multiple consumer class actions over privacy claims, advising financial institutions on cases under the California Invasion of Privacy Act, and handling securities litigation for another tech giant. Sophie also has extensive experience representing companies in cases involving federal and state privacy laws, including the Wiretap Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Biometric Information Privacy Act, and various consumer protection statutes.
