Overview
Lola Adekoya’s practice comprises a wide range of securitisation (public and private), structured finance transactions, debt capital markets and general lending.
She regularly represents financial institutions, credit funds, corporate borrowers and fintech companies on transactions involving a broad range of assets classes including trade receivables, leases, corporate and personal loans, credit card receivables and other types of inventory. Lola also advises issuers and underwriters, having experience in cross-border debt capital market transactions.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2022, Lola worked in the London office of a major global financial institution.
