Admitted to the Paris Bar, Olivier Aubouin is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice of the Paris office.

Olivier mainly focuses on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. He acts for private equity funds in the context of acquisitions, sales or strategic minority investments. Olivier also regularly advises key managers in similar transactions. He is also experienced in securities issues and capital markets.

Experience

  • Private equity fund Verto Growth I S.L.P. and the other existing shareholders on the sale of their interest in Presto Engineering Group, a leader in the design and production of specific electronic chips (ASICs), to Dentressangle Participations SAS.
  • French logistics real estate development and management firm Telamon, andits management team, as part of the capital-raising operation aimed at increasing the stake in the Group's capital held by its Chairman and management team, while maintaining Andera Partners' stake in the capital.
  • A consortium of investors RAISE, IDI, Tikehau and Bpifrance on the sale of Ateliers de France (ex Mériguet-Carrères), a group specialized in luxury craftmanship, to its management.
  • Private equity fund Verto Growth and all the sellers on the sale of the Groupe Sinari, French publisher and leader in software solutions for the road haulage and logistics sector, and advised NewAlpha Verto on its reinvestment in the group alongside the management and Bridgepoint Development Capital.
